I had gold jewelry I wanted to liquidate, and some that needed repair, and missing gems replaced. The owner, Tim, was superbly attentive, handled my items with care, was wonderfully warm & friendly, kind, and generous with his time -even tho several people were waiting for him, I never felt rushed! He gave me top dollar for my gold, turned around my repairs in less than a week, and every item looked BRAND NEW, like they'd never been worn -even tho some were 30+ years old!! And you couldn't even tell where the repairs were made! These people are amazingly skilled and ethical! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!

One of my watches lost a pin the bracelet. It's not a common item but it's not impossible to find either. So I stopped by Towne to see if they had a pin or could make one. The owner helped me and promptly dropped my watch onto his glass counter. All I got was an "oops". Luckily, no damage to the watch. He then proceeded to tell me the only way to get a pin is to contact the manufacturer. A judgment which he certainly did not need to handle the watch and drop it, to offer up. A jeweler must inspire confidence with the knowledge and the way they handle the material. Towne did not do that, in fact, quite the opposite.

My wife purchased my wedding band here and I have been going here ever since. They have polished my silver chain, inside and out. " Which is no easy task" Polished my dads diamond ring, and when handed to me, it was very brilliant! Sized a couple watches for myself. Re-plated and soldiered my wife's wedding ring. I shall continue to use this jewelry company!
