The customer service and maintenance are some of the worst I have ever experienced. Rude, unprofessional, scattered. No one does what they say they will and, please, don't expect them to be staffed to the hours they advertise. They aren't. UPDATE: They installed a faulty, leaking gas meter on my property without even telling me, causing dangerous build ups of gas within my apartment, as told to me by PSE&G when I called them in. They refused to take ownership of their fault in the matter. Down to one star it goes, safety and accountability is everything. My continuing experience: They advertise on-site laundry. That is a lie. The machines are out of repair and busted most of the time. It floods often. The floor is filthy. People hide in there to do drugs at night. The worst.

They advertise that there are fireplaces in the apartments. There aren’t any fireplaces in the apartments.

Under new management, my family moved in a year ago they said sanitation is upgrading, the pool is under small construction, and they installed new front doors, the price is very decent for fixed incomes and quiet. The only downfall is making payments to another site and they must treat the grass. A lot of potential for walking distance to bus, local shops and hospital since they do not drive and good schools in the township.
