Recently ordered 4 chicken phillys, had a very weird flavor. Tasted like a bittar smoky barbecue flavor, i decided to go ask the workers that made it why it was like this?? I told them it had to be the chicken, they decided to say "no it cant be the chicken no way! Must be your taste buds" then they decide to laugh it off, this place sucks but shoutout to a worker there named Jamal, he the only one there that knows how to make the cheesesteaks and other stuff there. All though I do prefer the charleys at neshimany mall but that sadly shut down.

So I just got a old school combo the other day and it was under 15. Today I'm told don't pay attention to prices by cashier, my order is now 19.00. Like what robbery, I work in mall and will never give business again, ive eaten here 3 times a week since they opened no more

Had a free combo but it now expired as went here on father's day Sunday and they were not open for lunch at noon. Website and App list 11 AM...guess they don't adhere and do what they want based on when they feel like actually working or not! Simply a dive Mall food place.
