Great products and friendly staff! They have imported Hawaiian pancake mix, candy, water bottles, stickers, clothes, souvenirs, and can't forget the beautiful, fresh leis! I got a cute boba AirPods case and cool button that says CHEE HOO! The staff is also super friendly and helpful! Awesome shop and I'll visit when is San Diego! 5/5 stars!

Our experience with Leilani’s Lei is very disappointing. On May 27th, we ordered 4 leis for our son’s graduation to be delivered by June 1st. The leis look so beautiful and we thought they would be a great gift. Late in the afternoon on May 31st, we received a call from Leilani’s seeking permission to substitute the flowers to ones that are available. We appreciated the communication, trusted her recommendations, and agreed to the substitutions. At that point, she assured that they will be delivered the next day. Sadly, no leis were delivered on June 1st. When we called and finally spoke with someone to check on ETA, she stated that FedEx failed to ship it. She assured that they will be shipped it via Priority at no additional cost so it arrives in the morning of our graduation day. Again, no leis came on June 2nd. When we spoke with someone, she rudely stated that FedEx failed to ship it again and it is not their fault. She promised to refund our payment in full immediately. So far, o refund has been processed on our account. Leilani’s service is unreliable and their customer service staff needs improvement. Please refund our payment immediately.

I came in to pick up a few last minute items for my Daughters graduation. Not looking to go to party city... But something more Authentic... This is the place... I found what I was looking for. I must say that the ladies who were working did not show Island hospitality... possibly you can work on greeting the customers with a kind word and smile next time to set the tone of the store. It's all good... I will be back for sure.
