After checking out a couple of Jewelry places, I came across El Cajon Jewelry and Loan. I was having a hard time finding what I wanted. The other places were no help or willing to help. When I walked in El Cajon Jewelry and Loan I was greeted right away by 2 young female staff members. They were very polite. As I explained to one of the young ladies what I wanted, right away she said, “of course I can help you.” She was very friendly and full of positive vibes and energy. I will never forget the experience and amazing customer service she provided. Thank you McKenzie for all your help.

She answered every question I had and helped me make a well-informed decision. I purchased a gold necklace at an unbeatable price from her, and I’m definitely more attractive now. 5 stars.
