This place has horrible service. Once you buy a machine you're on your own even though the machine is under warrantee. I bought a rower a few months ago and it started making a loud non stop ticking noise. I called the store multiple times and all the sales guys could do was tell me to call the service manager Sean, who doesn't return phone calls, and the owner Mark, who doesn't return phone calls either.

Fitness direct provides outstanding service. They continue to honor the parts warranty on my 15 year old Body Solid Gym. Today they quickly found the replacement part I needed in my equipment is back in service.

Andy at Fitness Direct worked hard to make the transaction work. It wasn't always easy being on the other side of the country. I took off one star because I would have appreciated more communication given all of the parties involved in shipping and assembly. All in all, I would recommend this seller.
