Please don’t rent from this apartments. There organization and the maintenance service sucks. I am currently living in an apartment complex that I pay $1800 for without No AC working, dish washer and washing machine faulty for over 3 months and nothing has been done. All they care about is there monthly rent due. The service they render is poor. I can’t wait for my lease to be up.

Well here we go. Been here about 3yrs now. Was Rosemont at Towson now Towsontown place Apt. 2 different owners. This new owner has really turned this place around. From the look to the feel. From rental management to maintenance. First issue was dishwasher called talked to Ms Debbie 9am by 3pm no one showed called back spoke again about half hr maintenance was at my door. Fixed the problem right the first time. Had issue with kitchen light spoke with James the maintenance man that night . Couldn't be fixed that night called the next day talked to Destiny she said call back about 30 min later because of lunch break. Called back she immediately sent Mr Mike right over fixed the problem asap. Big up to the maintenance office and crew. Thank you all.

Destini was very helpful yesterday. Me and my boyfriend are planning to move in together and Destini did a great job breaking down and providing all the information we needed for the apartment. She definitely made us hopeful for moving in! We are for sure sold on moving here thanks to Destini

Do not trust the manufactured, vague and bribed short reviews giving this place 5 stars. REAL residents are giving the honest 1-3 star reviews. I’ve lived here for over 2 years. The staff here when I moved in were okay, but the new staff are terrible. Do NOT trust a word anybody in the office says. They are purposely vague, inconsistent, and evasive. When you question this, they defer to only the legal requirements they need to adhere to. No one in Hirschfeld management cares the tiniest bit about being decent or helpful people. They have never done anything in good faith. The pool has been closed the first two summers I lived here due to construction and COVID, and now they are extremely limiting how residents use the pool. They ended a nice valet trash system last year in place of disgusting, overflowing, ugly dumpsters that attract rats and raccoons. MOLD has been growing in my bathroom for a YEAR now and all maintenance does is scrape it off, recaulk my shower and wait until I put another maintenance request in. My dishwasher was inoperable for over a MONTH and no one even contacted me to update me. When I have called about these issues I’m told that the office will communicate my concerns to the maintenance staff, but I never hear anything. DO NOT be fooled by their “leasing office” while current residents are made to interact with “business office” staff who are condescending, evasive and not helpful. They are not trustworthy at all. Maintenance staff enters my apartment without leaving any record of work they have completed, use my KITCHEN DISHES while working in my bathroom, and the office staff can’t even tell me who was in my apartment!!

Hi Robert, Thank you for inquiring. We do offer walk in showers in out 2 and 3 bedroom floor plans.

What's with the pool? Noticed it does not have water in it and its July already.
