Last night it took TWO HOURS to get out of this garage. People were honking, cutting each other off, going the wrong direction, etc. It was chaos and no one seemed to care. It’s awful this this is the only parking garage convenient to cross. You are better off getting an Uber of Lyft.

Ok. It's a parking garage. It is well-lit, and functions just like a parking garage should. However, we paid $18 to park here while we ate dinner. $18!!!! This was convenient, but it's not like it was right in the Inner Harbor or something! Outrageous price.

The staff is very rude and does not understand the importance of customer service. I had such a bad experience that I am no longer going to be a customer. I am a monthly passholder who misplaced it in the morning and found it later in the day. They would not let me leave until I paid the maximum daily rate. I highly recommend not parking here and taking your business elsewhere.
