Had an extremely unpleasant experience with their wait staff. Had a $100 gift card, dinner pictured was around $68, I signed off and tipped $15-17 in cash and card showed balance of ~$30 left on the receipt. Next time we came in, the gift card had only $0.07 left. I just now spoke with the manager and they were accommodating to give me a $50 gift card. I still don’t understand how the waiter first boasted how he’d made $500 that day, then said he had forgotten to punch in our order so we got our food 42 min after we placed it, and then proceeded to collect $50ish in tips on our $68 dinner.

Staff is friendly and waiter was attentative. Appreciated his recommendations. The food was good for the price but the rice was a bit under cooked. The seafood was cooked well.

Best Red Lobster accros Maryland, in customer service, in food detail and accuracy. I have gone to the one une Anne Arundel and Annapolis but this is by far the best. Beautiful Grilled Salmon 🍣 with mashed potatoes.

Very rushed by server. We would have ordered another appetizer but felt like it would be served with the meal. Fried food items were very grease. Server rushed the meal along taking plates away to fast and didn't even entertain offering dessert. just slapped the check down. (Place wasn't even busy). *** NOTE: Server never wore her mask over nose or mouth) Won't be coming back to this location.

Why would you alliw servers to clean the floor around people that are eating that is disgusting.Why do your employees walk past tables cussing?Why is your restraunt so dirty? Why dhould I have to complain about not one but 2 sodas before you fix it?

Wow that is pretty gross cleaning tables is one thing but cleaning the floor around customers is nasty unless it's a spill that need immediate attention

Well everyone definitely had on mass to work at the red lock to we went to they had us separated completely from other Tables by 6 ft or more it would really not crowded in that aspect the staff kept their masks on the whole time we were there so and I flew came straight out from the kitchen straight to us hot so I was pleased

You may pay ahead and select curbside pickup when you place your order. Then drive up to one of the designated curbside pickup parking spots at the restaurant where you placed the order, and call the phone number indicated on the sign at the parking space to let the restaurant know you have arrived. A Red Lobster employee will bring your order hot and fresh to your car.

Why would you not be prepared for Mother's Day of all day. I was in line over an hour waiting

I got a notification saying that someone had a question about redlobster, so I clicked on and saw your comment. Obviously it is for the staff, and I am not a worker at red lobster. I live near there however. So I cannot answer your question as to why they were not prepared for mother's Day. I'm sorry that they weren't for you,maybe you can talk to them tomorrow and tell them your problem and they'll give you a discount for the future. I hope all is well, and Happy Mother's Day
