On the outside, looks very nice. When you look closer, you can tell that everything was built in such a hurry. Different things are sloppy or haven’t been tested prior to opening. The biggest issue is the rent. For right around $1,000 a month, you get a very tiny micro apartment. If the apartments were slightly bigger, or didn’t cost as much as they do, it would be worth it. Laundry facilities are on site, but cost around $5.00 for each load. When they first opened, they were going into everyone’s apartment to check on the failing ac/heating systems which should’ve been tested prior to opening. The elevator went a couple weeks with its certification being out of date. Don’t let the description mislead you. This is only a good place to live if you make quite a decent amount of money, and if you don’t mind micro living.

The entire experience was 5 star for our family.The building manager Cindy was very helpful and understanding.There was NOTHING at all mean or ignorant about her...👍👍

It's dirty and disqusting. The property manager is ignorant and rude.
