I called first to see if they had a certain hair product. Not once did they say that I had to have a license to buy a shampoo and conditioner. They need to specify that over the phone

I shop at Cosmoprof a lot and I have never seen that styling tool there. You'll probably have better luck finding it on eBay, Amazon, or something similar to it at Sally's Beauty Supply since you don't need a cosmetology license to shop at any of those places. Hope this information helps you in your search. 😁
