My phone wasn’t charging and I was told I needed to replace the port. Was quoted a price of $99. When I got to the store a lady named Mel said she would check to see if it needed to be cleaned. Took her less than 2 min to figure out it was full of lent! I didn’t need a new charging port and the cleaning was free. Save a bunch of money. Always coming back to this location.

Had a great experience coming here. I had an issue with the charging port on my phone, and had been told it would cost around $110 to replace it. Upon arrival, the chap behind the counter merely cleaned out the port for me, despite my reservations, and it now works exactly as it should. In a day and age where you feel every company is out to fleece you out of cash as much as possible, it was extremely refreshing that they turned down the opportunity to make some cash from me. Will definitely go back next time I have an issue with my phone. Bonus point for being able to park right out front as well.

Bobby was literally a life saver with my laptop!!! Cooling fan in my HP stopped working but I was able to make an app for the next day and he even stayed extra into his lunch break when I showed up late. He was professional and easy to understand when he explained everything that was wrong and was even so kind as to give me great suggestions for the future. He didn’t charge me when the fix ended up being way simpler then we’d expected! Got my laptop back within 5 days and I would 10000% recommend people to this store! Thank you Bobby!!!
