Horrible customer service! Girls that answer the phone are also very rude and have ZERO customer service skills. Our shop has been a customer for years and sometimes they show up to pick up old tires and other times they dont show up. We scheduled a pick up about 2 weeks ago and they say they will be there the next day, no call / no show. We have been emailing and calling daily and are told "well clearly they didnt make it. Costco is our priority" never once gives an apology. Horrible way to run a business.

They really don't care if you try to do the right thing with old tires. Customer "service" is non existent. If you use this place, do it for your convenience and our environment. Drop off prices are fair.
