My dad just bought a trailer for his canoe there recently and their customer service was excellent. They were notified just after my dad got the trailer that there was a recall on it. Instead of ignoring it or just calling and letting my dad deal with it, they offered to take the trailer back for a full refund of the purchase and the notary fees for the purchase as well. It was a big purchase for them and they still wanted to do the right thing. Thankful for that.
