Food is usually good. For a pleasant cofe shop, music is loud and grates on the nerves. Couldn't wait to finish and get out. We used enjoy going there.

Nice atmosphère, timely service, but most of all fabulous cup of coffee. In town visiting and this is definitely a place I'll come again while here.

I read a article that said Legal Grounds Cafe was one of the best breakfast in Delaware so I had to go. I ordered quiche and cinnamon bun. Both items were very good. I even like the flavored water the give away. The staff was very friendly and professional. I will go here again. Real score 4.4
