I ordered from DoorDash and it took them almost 40 minutes for them to prepare my food. Our first dasher canceled because it was taking too long. By the time we got our food is was cold and my chili was room temperature.

My family and I were heading home and feeling hungry I decided to stop at here. The food was hot and fresh and the lemonades were on point. They give 5 🌟 to the pineapple as it was asked and suggested by the young man who took our order. Everyone's meal was intact except mine which was missing fries. I called and was told I could drive back for them or she (manager) would send me a coupon in the mail. No matter I will still return because I have never received bad service or food from them.

I am thinking they were super short staffed. We ordered online and arrived to the location 10 minutes later. Still waited 20 minutes for our food. Front person needs to be trained in efficiency processes but if you are short staffed, when do you have time, right?! Food was good though.
