I have high anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist and I’m one of those whose mouth needs extra lidocaine. From my very first visit I was beyond satisfied! Every single team member was not only very professional and compassionate, they were over-the-top understanding of my anxiety. The atmosphere was great! Love that they don’t play elevator music! I would highly recommend Aspen dental. I give 5 stars to every team member who took part in my dental treatment. Thank you Aspen Dental!!

I went the same day to another dentist. They heard cavity and said “we can pull it!” They didn’t even look at my tooth. Called Aspen they got me in their office same day diagnosed, made a plan. They also took to heart my irrational but very rational to me fear of Dentists. They fixed my tooth same day! To help my stress. Everyone I came in contact with was above and beyond professional and kind. The place was spotless and you could tell the employees liked their job and liked to be there!!

This place has always been really disorganized, Ive been a customer for years and finally had enough of getting jerked around. I didn’t come in for a while due to the pandemic and had a cleaning appt today. When I showed up they told me my appointment was cancelled and that I was contacted. I was not. This is the second time that they cancelled on me in my history as a customer here, both times same thing. NO ONE CALLED ME TO TELL ME MY APPT WAS CANCELLED. One time, I had to wait 90 mins in the waiting room even though I had an appointment. I didn’t have a choice because I was already invested in their invisalign program. My experience was just as bad as my program was delayed for months due to them ordering the wrong things, not sending/receiving the right molds even though I would call to check ahead of time before I came in. Their hygienist team and especially their administrators are so terrible and incompetent, can’t seem to get scheduling and ordering right. Their dentists are just ok. I’m Asian, and they had a Vietnamese dentist that would always ask really personal stuff just because we were both Asian. It was inappropriate and he was really rough with handling my gums. I can’t believe I stuck around for 3,4 years as a customer but today after getting cancelled on again I just had enough. I cannot discourage people from coming here enough, their prices are not cheap either. I don’t mind paying for competence and good service but thats not what you will get here.

I hate going to the dentist due to past experiences. However this staff were excellent they worked hard to make me comfortable and the dentist was down to earth. I found my new dentist I won't go anywhere else. The dentist bent over backwards to make me feel rite at home. Thank you aspen dental.

I was just there yesterday changing my treatment plan and they were helpful in finding me the best plan at what I was comfortable with. I'm pretty sure they have something for everyone.

Yes they do, and they do a very good job, and you feel like your at home with family.
