I want to give a big THANK YOU to Hannah at our local Verizon store. I came in with a convoluted problem concerning a refurbished Verizon iPhone (that was new to me) using a SIM card from a prepaid provider other than Verizon. She expertly walked me through the problem so she understood it, then dove into the layers of Verizon Customer Service as far as she could go without the problem being solved. Above and beyond the call of duty, she then contacted my outside prepaid provider, talked with an employee in the Philippines, and together, they solved my problem! I am SO thankful we have a Verizon store right here in Dallas with employees as knowledgeable and helpful as Hannah!

Top top service! Went in today with an iPhone from Best Buy not being able to activate, Jade took care of it for me! Dealing with Best Buy there’s a lot confusion but Jade provided a lot useful solutions and ways for us to be able to use the phone! The entire experience was so satisfying! Jade was really really helpful! 10 stars!

I went in to get a new phone for my grandma and myself last week and the lady in there (Hannah) was so nice, and helpful! My grandma dislikes technology and doesn't want to learn but Hannah helped her learn her new phone, and I haven't had a single phone call from my grandma about helping with her phone.
