I rolled in wearing my donut yesterday, close to closing time. Thankfully everyone was nice & helpful. They patched my tire & mounted it. They told me how much life remained in my tread. They also checked my brakes & TPMS sensors. They were even kind enough to provide me with an estimate, enabling me to budget for upcoming repairs. My visit was quick, painless, & free. I will be returning to this branch in particular, as I felt the people were genuine & trustworthy.

Today was the last day I frequent this local shop. Horrible service. Completely unprofessional. Rude. Disrespectful. I might even be making a personal visit to this location to voice my disapproval of the way Jason treated my wife and son today. They were there over 4 hours for a simple tire balance and swap. Since he didn’t have the right wheel nuts to actually put the tires on the car, he abandoned the entire job without balancing the tires. I can swap them myself at home! I mostly just wanted them balanced. I called to make sure they at least balanced the tires so I could install them myself tonight after work. Over 35 minutes later, when my wife finally went to ask if it was done, she was treated like it was her fault that they screwed up! Totally unacceptable behavior by Jason to treat a customer this way, especially a woman with her child (my son). I’ll take ALL my business elsewhere, and I’ll let my parents and 6 siblings and their families know to do the same. Too many options out there to be treated like that. Worst experience ever at a Schwab store.

Just passing through town when one of my back tires on my RV went flat. I was totally amazed by the excellent customer service! They had me in and out in less than 30 minutes and didn't even charge me! Wish I could live in a town with such nice people. Thanks to the gentleman who helped me, said he had been there for 28 yrs (sorry, didn't catch his name)
