If a perfectly made pair of handcrafted boots that are built to fit your unique feet is not what you are looking for, I advise you to shop elsewhere. If perfection is what you are after, you will find it at Frank's Boot Company! Five stars! 😁

Received my boots a little over a week ago. Have been wearing them everyday and there starting to feel really good by far the best pair of foot ware I have ever worn. The fit is perfect and I live over 2000 miles away from Frank's Boots I had steel toes added as my work requires it. I was a little worried how they would turn out. But to my surprise the steel toe section fits around my foot very well like a glove. The boots them selves are beautiful I actually feel bad exposing them to the harsh conditions I work in at times. But that's what I bought them for and they feel like there more than up to the task by far the most durable pair of boots I've ever had. After wearing these and putting my old boots back on the difference between the two is night and day. My old China made boots feel flat and supportless. Might as well zip tie a pair of 2x4's to your feet they'd feel the same. Where as my new boots feel very supportive and comfortable. Honestly i don't think I'll be able to go back to an off the shelf boot after wearing these. I am very satisfied with my purchase and plan to buy another pair to ware out side of work once these are broke in all the way. I look forward to doing busines with Frank's Boots again in the future.

8 months ago I paid for a pair of boots I still do not have. I recieved one pair that looked like it was made by Fisher Price when Ray Charles was CEO. There were no pull holes or pull loops..also the logo was half stamped. (See pictures) They were supose to have pull holes and no logo. I'd be ok with a logo if it was legible. I contacted them and shipped the boots back. A few weeks go by no communication so I contact them for the 10th time I think at this point. They told me they are in the mail. I get the boots and they changed the hardware to brass when I asked for nickle. They told me to send the boots back again.... so now we would be on 9 months (You can make a human baby in that amount of time) and made the boots wrong twice. They said they apologize and it was HUMAN ERROR. Meanwhile I had to buy new boots because it was taking so long. They do not accept returns if their customers give them the wrong measurements...you know human error. They will expect their customers to wait over 8 months, make the boots wrong twice, not make them the boots they want, and blame it away on human error. At this point this process has cost me $600 for the wrong boots about $400 worth of my time and another $200 for another pair of boots I had to buy because of the wait. They market their boots as an investment but $1200 to get something that's "worth" $600 is a deal only a divorced man could appreciate. What a terrible experience

I did quite a bit of research on boots such as Nicks, Whites, JK’s before settling on Frank’s Boots. The kindness of the team and the experience that Frank’s team brings to the table made the time spent in research and waiting for my custom boots well worth it, and it all shines through in the boots. Now that I’ve worn and worked in my boots for half a year as a truck driver/ handyman, I can tell that I won’t need to ever look elsewhere for a pair of outstanding and comfortable boots. I’ve spent a 13 hour day in them doing cement work and my feet had zero problems when the day was over. Where is the boot that can give you that!? Call Frank’s Boots!! I have attached a photo of a freshly cleaned and oiled boot, and one during a workday.
