Great location to visit. It's amazing the history you can discover at this theater. Visit this location if you stop by Coos Bay. The people that are part of the organization that keeps this theater open are so dedicated and driven.

Never a dull moment here. Sunday is church day or family movie day. Fridays and Saturdays are special movie events. Charities locally benefit from your patronage. Sometimes they have fantastic talent contests here. Don't be shy, give it a try! I've seen great vintage films and even an amazing burlesque show that made new blush... All of the people are volunteers! All of the profits are donated to designated charities! The prices are better than the local Cinema. They even have a great treat pack for the children! The theatre is magnificent! You'll feel like you are in glamorous Hollywood luxury! Handicap friendly with spacious and very clean lavatories! Always a grand time!

Before the show
Usually before the shows at the ticket booth. Some of the bigger shows/events you can purchase ahead of time around town and online.
They have a church there in Sundays and sometimes show movies. Best to check tbeir Facebook page for events. They may only show movies Sundays during winter.
Not at the Egyptian Theater. But on March 31 George Whitty is Solo in Concert at 7 pm at night
Its the theme, has statues inside like you see in egypt.
