The wait staff were very friendly and courteous, server was mostly attentive, and food was really good. They were out of some of the toppings that were supposed to go on the bacon and eggs hash brown casserole but the server provided a partial substitute. My wife’s cheesecake stuffed pancakes were very sweet and tasty. The meal prices were higher but an understandable result of current grocery prices.

Our server was FANTASTIC! Our receipt says our server was Abigail S. and we had a party of 11 so she ran her tail off. She was just sweet, knowledgeable, and patient as well as very efficient. Thanks for allowing us to celebrate my nephew's birthday here as it was his choice of where to go!

While the food was good, the service was exceptional! My grandfather had an episode and fell and several of the staff and even a customer helped get him up and to our car. There was another lady that was quite helpful to my grandmother while she was shopping and one even checked on me after we got my grandfather settled. They were all just super nice, calm, and collected during it all and I wish I could do much more than just say ‘thank you’. Would definitely recommend this place just for the staff. Thank you!

Cracker Barrel has gone downhill bad. I’ve given them 3 chances with this new management. Last time I attempted to eat inside, I waited over an hour for my food and they brought out the complete wrong order. Turns out they never put my order in. I got up and left. I tried to give curbside pickup a chance today. I ordered before I left my house in BONO and still waited 20 minutes in curbside parking. It really sucks cause they have amazing food, just not worth the absolute trash service
