I just went here today with my grandma and we both found awesome stuff. They had really good deals so we got everything for amazing prices! The store goes on forever, there's so many sections of it. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. I will definitely shop here again.

Dagmar is probably the rudest, most condescending employee I have ever met. After speaking with her one time on the phone, my immediate thought was, "Dagmar needs to be replaced". What a shame, since the employees I have encountered in the store have been very helpful and friendly. My favorite thrift store in the area. But this lady came close to spoiling my overall impression of this business.

I love the Kootenai Humane Society Thrift Shop! It is always clean, well organized, and I find lots of treasures every time I go. The prices are exceptional and the money goes for a GREAT CAUSE... feeding and caring for homeless pets. I not only shop there, I donate my unneeded treasures to help the humane society. It's a great community asset.
