I love that they open at 5am because I like to go before work, I wish their Saturday hours were open earlier and later as well. The owners are extremely friendly and great me every day and say good job before leaving. The equipment is all up to date and there is a lot of different things to choose to work out on, I especially love the rowing machine. It's a great place for a great price, I highly recommend it!!!!

There's a variety of adjustsble weight machines as well as free weights

Hi Sherryl, with you being on oxygen we would need to have a Dr.'s release saying that you may participate in physical activity and list any restrictions you may have. Also, we do have certified personal trainers and knowledgeable staff who are here to show you around, answer your questions, and give you some coaching and encouragement!
We currently offer Zumba, Pound, and Strong. All classes come free with a membership!
