Working offshore on boats sometimes calls for an emergency visit to a dentist in an unfamiliar town. I called on Monday with a raging toothache and SC folks were able to get me in on Tuesday and then a quick xray, diag, and extraction had me back to work on Wed. Fast efficient service at a very reasonable cash price. Thanks!

The Best dentist office in Coos Bay. I have been to several others and am so happy that I tried this one. All the staff are friendly and very helpful. The dentists here at South Coast are highly professtional and yet very friendly as well. They put you at ease. Just love it here. Also, they have a in-house dental plan that you pay monthly and is very reasonable. This gives you free cleanings and xrays, as well as discounts off other services. They have a nice big waiting room with big screen TV(cc). My dentist is Dr Cannon, and he really is kind and puts you at ease. Its now a joy going to the dentist.

The most awesome experience going to the dentist as I'm super anxiety. Completely opposite of the last place my husband and I were using (obviously we stopped going there for several reasons). My new doctor, Dr. Alexander Donick was incredible! So kind and patient. He walked me through every little step of my procedure and had such a calming voice and it was kind of spa like lol. We've found a new dental home and I highly recommend them. Oh and EVERYONE including reception, hygienist were so nice. Prices are even less expensive than our last dental office. Frosting on the cake 😁❤

The staff and the dentists at this facility are some of the kindest and most knowledgeable people I've ever met. They stand behind their work and if they notice an issue they'll fix it promptly and professionally. I've got nothing but high praise for them, and I'll happily refer my friends and family to their excellent care.

OHP does not contract with our practice. For anyone covered by OHP; we recommend contacting the OHP office to determine which local dentist you may have been assigned to. For patients who do not have dental insurance or who are unable to visit their OHP dentist, we offer an in-house dental plan for as little as $29 p/ month.
Unfortunately, even with a specific example like this, we would still need to have one of our dentists perform an exam before determining the costs for any given treatment plan. Patient out of pocket costs will differ based on the specific procedures required, insurance, specialist referrals, and other variables. However, most exams to review a specific treatment option can be performed in less than 30 minutes! After an exam, one of our expert treatment planners can provide a printed estimate before scheduling treatment. We are careful to review all costs and options with our patients before proceeding with treatment. We also offer and accept a variety of payment options to help fit our patients' budgets.
OHP does not contract with out office. For patients who are on OHP; we recommend contacting their office to determine what local dentist you may be assigned to. We are accepting new patients! If any OHP-covered person is not able to schedule with their assigned dentist, or for anyone who does not have dental insurance, we can schedule exams, cleanings, or even restorative treatment on a cash-pay basis. Unfortunately no. But they do offer their own insurance plan. Its what I went for.
