Be aware of scammers in the store. Prior to going to the stores make sure to check the price of the items you want to purchase. Today, I went to Gucci and a salesperson in the store tried to scam me. I had went in to purchase a tie, which I had thought was 220 plus tax, however, I picked out the tie I wanted and when I went to check out with the salesperson he told me it would be 450 inclusive of tax. I was taken back and said why is this tie so expensive. He told me that 5-7 days ago Gucci had raised the prices on all its ties and that all the big designer brands were soon to raise their prices as well. I was quite surprised but I chose to not purchase the tie because it was way more expensive than I had expected. I have the tie back and left. Once I had walked out I went online and saw the tie was 220$. I was shocked. Why was the Gucci salesman in store telling me a different price than the Gucci.com website? I went back to the store, spoke to the manager, and bought the tie for 220$. However, after telling the manager the story he didn’t seem too apologetic or understanding that one of his salespersons had literally tried to scam me out of 250$. All I’m saying is beware of scamming on Rodeo and at this Gucci store. Really frustrating for such a high class brand.

Excellent service and superb high end products. Bought a sneakers and a gg base ball cap. One thing I really didn't like was the fact that the cap i got was the last one in store and they only had it on that exact size so I was somewhat disappointed because it looks kind of used since it was the only one in display and they had none on the back and it had a small tear on the inside gucci tag on the cap but since I was traveling abroad and was only a couple of days in LA I had to grab it and go which leads to the thought that they might have wanted to get rid of it so they acted as if it was the only one around so I kind of felt cheated about that but nonetheless the sneakers were beautiful and the cap as well.
