Rooms need updated and carpet and furniture need cleaned. Staff is super friendly. Had to stay a night here because no rooms were available at the Belterra. Was super convenient because it was across the street from the casino. Call the hotel to book a room if you have to. It's cheaper calling them directly opposed to using a third party booking company.

Our room was very outdated and was not the cleanest. We found cigarette ashes all over the floor by the beds and there were burns in the bed covers. We also could not sleep due to the people above us being extremely loud! We expected better quality for the price we paid. It was our first getaway in a long time and it's unfortunate that we had this experience. The only positive thing was the lady at the front desk. She was very nice! We will definitely not being coming back!

Clean, safety didn't appear to be an issue here, and no bugs. Bed was comfortable. It was extremely hot this week and the air in my room worked great! Priced very reasonable! I will stay there again when in the area.

A friend and I came down for a 9 day fishing trip. We were literally "fish out of water". The staff treated us like family and were extremely friendly. They would give us tips on where to try and catch bait and fish. They accommodated us at every turn we needed with towels, wash rags, etc. They would even tell us "welcome home" after a long day out on the water. Definitely worth the rate and the memories will last a lifetime. Kind of bummed I didn't get a chance to help with the puzzle in the lobby. We will be back.
