We bought a Jeep Gladiator and my wife and I absolutely HATED it. The ride was terrible, fuel mileage was terrible, just overall not a great vehicle on the freeway and in the wind, which we have ALL the time. Lithia gave us a fair value for it three weeks after purchase and we bought two more vehicles from them. Overall I was truly impressed with the speed at which we were able to do everything, the quality of service we received from our sales person John Berger, and the entire Lithia team that day. This is technically our second purchase from them, and both times we were in and out in a relatively short amount of time. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Do not trust their service department, my wife brings her car there to ensure it's safe for our children. Brought the car in today knowing it is due for tires and expecting a quote. Instead we received an inspection form that says everything is perfect. So I decide to do a quick inspection myself. Front tires are down to 3/32, front brakes are less than 20% and the serpentine belt needs to be replaced. If you want to feel confident you're driving a reliable car don't trust what they've got to say. I'll continue to go for my free oil changes but will take it to a reputable mechanic for inspections and other services from now on

Ultimately did not buy a car here, was overall a very odd experience, and I would not recommend. To begin, my sales person was very chatty during the test drives about personal issues like roommates and rent splitting while also getting into bizarre topics like feudalism. Then while talking numbers, the salesperson had me sign on made up and arbitrary lines to make it seem like these negotiations were final. While all this was happening, the sales person kept telling me how their dealership had the shortest and easiest selling process that really seemed to take forever. At one point I wanted to leave to check out a different option before I really got too deep in the process, and I realized that the sales manager had my car keys to my own vehicle and after asking for the the keys a few times from the salesperson, I had to walk over to the Manager's little den and demand them back so I could leave. Very pushy, bad deals, they wouldn't search for a rebate I qualified for at 3 other dealerships that was NOT zip code dependent.

Dealt with John Berger and he was awesome, got me in my new Ram 2500 Cummins! I drove from across the state, because he treated my friend well in his TRX! He is definitely a go to man if you need any MOPAR! Jon Stewart in finance was awesome as well, and even met their sales managers. Everyone here exudes integrity. Thanks again!
