Room was clean and had a refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. Bathroom was also very clean and included a dispenser in the tub/shower - Dove shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Breakfast was very good with plenty of options including egg white omelettes and a pancake machine. Only downside was the construction all around that made it difficult to navigate. (No noise in the room)

The room itself was fine... the tub though I wouldn't even take a shower in it. I went to my moms room beside ours to take a shower and I had to stand in water to do that in her room. The juice machine was broken and the pancake machine. If it wasn't for the bad tubs this stay would have been a lot better! Our 1 year old had to get in the tub due to a bad diaper and usually I'd just buy some bleach and bleach the tub, we had to buy a tote to bathe her in. Just fix the tubs and yall would be set with a pretty decent hotel!

Good location from both the Ark and the Creation Museum. Beds were comfortable and room was nice. Housekeeping did a good job on the day they cleaned. Breakfast was typical, but varied a little each day. Some items were very good. They had fresh cooked oatmeal and whole fruit along with bread, hot eggs, etc. First time that I've ever seen an automatic pancake maker. Staff were nice. Ate at 2 restaurants nearby and both were good, though there's not a ton of variety close by. (Indoor) hot tub still wasn't open which was very disappointing since we walked a lot on this trip. Hotel rooms are not soundproof enough. At least one school group stayed in this hotel - we ran into them at the Ark. One particular room was very noisy and woke us at 6:30 (one floor up and 2 rooms over). Part of the problem is that the arms on the doors need to be regulated - all the doors slammed. We did speak to the front desk clerk and the noise got a little better (they stopped doing gymnastics, but were closing the door a lot). The only other issue is that while we were given a late check-out, the computer took away access. It's very hard to load luggage when you can't get back in the room. This is easily fixable by the chain's IT department and it happens frequently.

The hotel was bright, cheery and clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was managed well with the food being hot and plentiful. The dining area was kept nice and clean. Unfortunately the bathroom in our guestroom could use some work. First off the washcloth I showered with had make up stains. I know, female guests need to do better but the hotel needs to step up their bleaching game. A hand towel hanging on the towel rack was frayed. And the tub was a worn out mess. Then I noticed there was plastic stuffed in the peep hole of our door. Then off to bed and the sheet had black marks on it. Overall this was a good hotel with a few problems that can be easily addressed.
