I brought my husband in today after he passed out and because he had covid our family doctor refused to see him. The wait was long but that wasn't the office or staffs fault. Family doctors refusing to see their patients and sending them to the ER and Urgent care are the problem. My husband saw Dr. Perez and said he was great and he actually wishes he could have him as his primary doctor. He said the staff were all really nice and actually seemed to care. We will be back again if we ever need care.

I can’t say enough about this office. I have recently been to both the urgent care and primary care facilities, and both were phenomenal experiences. I had bare minimal wait times, extremely kind staff, and even changed my primary care provider to one located here because of the outstanding experience. Highly recommend this place!!

Over all our experience was good. One of my four had been quarantined due to being exposed at school. So had brought all four in 4 days earlier for fever, sore throat, cough and runny noses. Covid was negative and so was strep. So ended up bringing one back couldn’t get her into the dr because it was a Sunday. And she had a fever come back. Ended up with a positive strep this time! So decided I need to bring the others back since they all had lingering fevers as well. Dont want to send sick kids to school! Made the comment to the discharging nurse, that I would be back with my other kids! She said,” Today, Ugh!” And walked out of the room! The registration nurse Jamie was amazing and quick! The nurse who took us back was awesome! She explained everything to my kids and was sweet and distracting to the you get ones when needed to get the test done! 3 of the four tested positive this time! So, other than the one discharging nurses comment every thing was fast and pleasant! Praying maybe she was having a bad day and doesn’t treat others like that!
