The food is good but the customer service is awful. Every time that I've been there with my husband, the staff would walk right past us for a few minutes before even saying hello. We were dining in last Friday and it was busy and they were short staffed. I understand how that is, I've worked in restaurants and bartended for years. But there is an etiquette to giving great customer service. Most importantly, if you do not have time to get to a guest, you always greet the guest while walking by and assure that you will get to them in just a moment. I dont know how long we waited before someone even said hello to us. Maybe 20-30 minutes? We would have walked out but we were already there and we were starving. We noticed empty tables and couldn't understand why someone didn't direct us to an empty table. I stopped an employee to ask how long it would take before someone acknowledged us. He shrugged and said he didn't know and walked away. I will say that even though our server was incredibly busy, she really really tried to take care of everyone the best she could. She was honest about it....instead of ignoring us. Everyone else in the building needs retraining of restaurant customer service. I will never eat here again. I tried too many times and I'm just done. There are other places to eat in pickwick.

If I could give it zero stars I would. We walked in at 9:15 and they wouldn’t serve us because they close at 10. One server was cleaning a table for us, then another server came up and said they couldn’t serve us. She huddled up with a bunch of other workers then came to tell us that. First time to try this place, but will never be back. They served the people right in front of us.
