Sorry to hear you can't take donations of furniture, upholstered furniture. Also in having to toss out a perfectly good LG clothes dryer, because you don't take in large appliances. I'm moving and don't have time to sell online. I tried that for a month and had no takers.

Never dropping anything off ever again here I asked the guy nicely that I will do it I have a son with low immune system problems and don’t want him to close to my car and he just helped himself like he owned the business. People need to learn how to listen. Not happy 😡😡😡 + Closed my car and went somewhere different.

The customer service here is beyond ridiculous they scam you by not clarifying the question you're asking. Basically stole money out of my pockets. Their "helpers" in the back refused to help me lift an item so I tried it shattered there was no apologies at all.

Hi Sharon. Yes we are accepting donations at all of our retail stores. We are open from 9 AM to 6 PM, seven days a week.
Hi Pao. We do not take home deliveries but you can drop off your items at any of our donation trailers. Union Gospel Mission and the Arc of Spokane both schedule home deliveries!
