Waited for over ten mins to get waited on. I finally ask if someone was going to wait on us. The older man yelled at me that they was short handed. We left. Don't think I ever want to stop there again

I used to love McDonald's as a kid and i would go there almost everyday but I realized that it's unhealthy and a bit more gross now to me bc I've had to much of it.

This Mcdonald's orders some of it's food from a different supplier than corporate stores. I talked to the crew about the problem with the ice cream and McChicken patties: then the shift manager; then the store manager, and then the district manager before calling the complaint line. When I called the store, the general manager told me it's the same as other Mcdonald's and hung up on me. Nobody I spoke with cared or tried to relay the complaint to higher management. Also, when you go inside, they don't greet you. They just leave you standing there and you don't know if they even know you're there waiting. Management should teach the crew the #1 rule in customer service which is to greet the customer - even if you're too busy to serve them at the moment, that way they know you know they're there. Anyway, I felt disrespected from them hanging up on me so I went to the store and asked the manager why she hung up on me and she said "You don't come up here asking me nothing! Do you understand me?" So I felt disrespected and I raised my voice and told her she wasn't going to get away with treating a customer like that so she called the police and now I have a restraining order against me going there anymore. What kind of customer service is that? I'm going to wait and see what corporate does about this or if they'll do anything.

This is ridiculous. They gave me a medium mocha when I had ordered on my phone a large. Then they had the audacity to tell me that the cup they gave me was a large when on the side was a big bold letter “M”. So they took it back to fix it which I don’t have a problem about and wouldn’t be writing this if they fixed it. But all they did was pour the coffee in the medium cup into the large one, put whipped cream on top and gave it back. As you can see in the pictures the huge difference in the amount of coffee. Lastly, the employee was so rude; glaring and rolling her eyes at us.
