Okay, they could use a remodel or nicer floors but that's not the employee's faults. Food was good. Place is just a little run down to other ones.

Ordered delivery online, waited 2 hours, called to see what was going on, and I was told it would be another 45 mins, so I told them I was coming to get it, they wanted me to pay for it again and were very rude, I refused and told them I already paid for it, they told me it was voided because it was switched to pickup, I told them I didn't have any way to pay it because it was already paid for and they told me I couldn't have my food until I paid. So I had to drive back to my hotel and get my wife's card, got back and requested at least to get a discount side it's been so long, they have us a 20 percent discount for warm pizza, it was cold by the way, and forgot one of our 2 liter drinks. Absolutely ridiculous. Unacceptable.

I always order my pizza with extra sauce and well done crust...rarely does it happen...the pizza and chicken can be good but there appears to be no emphasis on following instructions for custom ordering. If it is too difficult dont offer it on the app or train your employees to follow the protocols set by your company.

When you say pizza you think dominoes or at. Least my family and friends do. You guys know that im going give it to you straight. At first was going to give them the very worse review i had ever written. However i said no ill wait and talk to the manager about it. Well at first thought i was glad that i did. I spoke with Vernice. This woman was nice and kind and really understood. You guys know how funny i am about my food. Now shes offered to even remake my food herself. So i was like ok do i ordered the alfredo chicken pasta add bannana peppers. I ask her about how long, she told me 25-30 i was like cool. Folks i got this food 1.5 hours later. There is another manager named Stevie. When i called back yet again to inquire about my food she snapped at me "its coming out of the oven now". Then she said im delivering it myself. Needless to say it was ice cold. Not blended. This Stevie lady i hope you guys never have to deal with her, cause she thought this was funny. Well i dont and im taking it personally. Now im a die hard you going to do it right or refund my money. Well i finally got the GM Garrett. This man is on point never trying to make excuses. Never one time saying oh its because were so busy. He gave me my money back. Then hes ask me to call him for another chance at food on them. You guys know i will usually say no. This time im going to see what happens. Below you will see the pizza from last night and food from today. With Garrett and Vernice and Cassie i really dont think you will go wrong. So give them a chance.
