Nice place. Can fill up quick. Then it is shut down .Crystal clear water perfect boating experience. Great views hike trails everywhere.

Great camping area! We got a group site with a couple of other families and had plenty of room to move around. The parking isn't great - 2 cars and a pop up with a lot of shuffling - so a couple of people had to use the overflow and it wasn't close to our site. The bathrooms were kept up for the most part and you will need a generator or solar power for anything you need to charge. Or lots of batteries. But overall we had a good time and look forward to going again when the weather is warmer so the lake isn't as cold! 😁

Absolutely love Lake Kachess and the campground. The lake is pretty low by Labor Day weekend. Great place to walk, bike ride, hike the higher elevation trails. Well maintained campground.

Beautifully kept camp grounds and cool refreshing lake. Best friend and I make an annual pilgrimage here to relax, look at the Milky Way, relax on our floaties in the lake and go on mini hiking adventures on the nearby trails. Fires are always allowed no matter what the burn ban is since it’s in a National Forest.

As long as the lake level is up you would be able to launch just about anything
