The staff was very friendly, no complaints about them. However, it was apparent we were in a “last sell” kind of room and it wasn’t appreciated, we would have rather seen no availability than be put in the room we got. We stayed 1 of the initially 3 nights we planned before switching to an off base hotel. Our toilet didn’t work. After one use it refused to flush fully and by the end of our stay, which wasn’t even a full 24 hours, it was unusable. It wouldn’t flush at all and when you did flush to water and everything in the pipes just came up with it. It was disgusting and awful. There were also several outlets that didn’t even work for some reason. The kitchenette, I wouldn’t even call it that. The only thing that made it different from a standard room elsewhere is the little 2 burner stovetop. No cabinets, no dishes, no counter space to do anything. Fridge was a regular mini fridge. Don’t waste your money staying on post, drive 5 miles down the road to get your moneys worth.

Great breakfast. Staff was friendly. Great location right inside the main gate, but with construction its a maze to get out. Room strangely also constantly smelled like pickles. Pet friendly.

First, this hotel is for military personal and their families. It's a nice place to stay, with reasonable rates, and super helpful staff.

Holiday Inn it says on the sign Super 8 is the quality. They seem more worried about Covid-19 than making sure facilities are maintained and staff look professional and act professional. No high-speed internet. Average in room is about 15mbps- 20mbps. The building is an old barracks building with updates from maybe the early 2000s maybe even late 90s. Oven was broken and I asked that it be fixed on Day 1 of our TLE I'm on day 8 and it's still broken. The sink didn't drain on DAY 1. Oh and the faucet in the kitchenette sprayed water everywhere and leaked the while night. Front desk Jamaya is the rudest person I've ever met. Everyone else is sweet as pie. For what you pay honestly other than location it's a dump and feels like a super 8. Bugs, spiders, and beetles in the room. I get it I'm from Missouri but don't call yourself a holiday inn to charge the prices when your facility is a run down barracks with super 8 walls, flooring , and amenities. It's disgusting how they get to take advantage of military members pay and give such garbage service and facilities. Oh lastly its great to go get breakfast between 6-9 and the food is almost gone or gone because the staff is eating it. I've stayed on 5 other posts with Holiday Inn's I've never seen one this bad.

They have different pricing for civilians and military, but our rate was around $105 back in March for a room with a kitchen.
This is a Holiday Inn hotel, anyone can stay. Veteran's are more than welcome :-)
