We love Wendy’s but this location has to be the WORST franchise in Wendy’s history. If you like extremely rude, incompetent and poorly trained employees serving COLD and incomplete food orders, you’ll love this place! A one star rating is too generous for this location but seems to be their standard review! It’s sad that Southern Davis County does not have a decent Wendy’s location.

I really hate to write bad reviews, and I understand that everywhere is short staffed right now and I want to believe people are doing their best — but this Wendy’s has consistently been the worst Wendy’s I’ve been to. I don’t normally come here anymore but when i do, their systems are always down so you can’t order, they close earlier than advertised consistently with no real notices on the doors or drive thrus, they almost never get your order right, the fries are consistently stale or undercooked, and the customer service usually isn’t very good (which is understandable but I figured I’d mention it). This isn’t relatively new either - i moved here 10 years ago and nothing has really gotten better. It’s genuinely worth it to go to any other fast food place on 500s but if you’re really craving Wendy’s I recommend driving to woods cross or centerville locations. However I do think a lot of staff members are genuinely kind and are doing their best in their situation! I’m not sure what’s going on at this location to make it so consistently not great.

Tasty and delicious! No issues and I am satisfied with my order. Also the coupons make a big difference!

We did a mobile order and selected dine in. When we showed up at 6:45 all of the doors were locked. I tried calling and they didn't answer the phone. At the drive through they said they close the dining room "around 7" even though it still wasn't 7 and they had closed it. They said they can't answer the phone if there isn't a manager there. That seems unlikely, but if it's true they should have a voicemail message explaining that. We have had good experiences here but they didn't bother apologizing for closing early. They also gave me a spoon and knife for my salad but not a fork. The burger didn't have the right sauce, they didn't give us straws or the sauce for the chicken nuggets.
