I hardly leave reviews, but the service here was so terrible, I had to share. Witnessed horrible service in the waiting area. The lady in the front was loud and rude. She scolded a man for not having a face mask and told him to go find one before he could come in (even though she offered me one when I came in 5 minutes earlier, but I decline because I already had one). My friend injured her back and was having issues walking and couldn’t sit in a wheelchair, and when they called her to go into a patient room, the nurse just stood all the way on the other side of the building watching my friend slowly inch over to the patient room. My friend couldn’t get onto the medical table herself, and the nurse didn’t lift a single finger to help - just stood there with her hands folded - so my other friend and I were helping her onto the table. The nurse told us “you don’t have to help her because you don’t want to hurt yourself”. But who else was going to help her get on the table of the nurse wasn’t helping or even offering alternative options? The nurse then gave her an ice pack to put on her back, and then came back 5 minutes later asking if it was feeling better. It just kind of baffled me how mindless she was about her situation, as if putting an ice pack would magically cure a back in 5 minutes. My friend had already mentioned she had been icing and heating her back for the past two days, too. I will say, the NP/doctor at least showed some empathy, but everything leading up to it was a nightmare.

Waited in a room for over 1.5 hours to be seen by a "provider" after a nurse took my vitals. The provider talked to me for less than 5 minutes, and they didn't have any equipment for diagnostic tests.

Dignity Health bills for extra services without telling you. A free preventative health visit cost $300 because they charged for two different appointments, even though I was only there for 1 visit to the doctor. Disputing the charge is useless. Also, they are impossible to reach after an appointment for medication refills or pre-authorization. It took an entire month to get a pre-authorization due to them not picking up calls, not returning calls, and not responding to the pharmacy. What a mess and so unethical with their billing practices.

I am always pleased with the level of care I receive from all of the providers and staff, and also the convenience of same day care I can book in advance. I depend on this Urgent Care facility for so many of my medical needs, so I am grateful that it is available to me.
