Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

I've always loved papa murphys since I was a child and still till this day. The pizza is "usually great". My 3 star rating is due to lack of paying attention to what your customers want. If I ask for easy sauce, that means easy sauce. When spending $40 to $60+ each visit you expect to get what you ask for. I got 3 pizzas tonight and ask for easy sauce on 2 of the 3 pizzas, the only pizza that wasn't supposed to be easy sauce had easy sauce. The others didn't. Like I said i love papa murphys, always have. What makes me angry is they repeat your order to you and still mess it up. If it only happened once it would be no problem, but this has been a reoccurring issue.

My order is always right here and the staff is always polite. The only reason I dropped a star is that this branch no longer accepts EBT as payment

love papa Murphys but they are not currently doing EBT and that's a real bummer. hope it gets fixed soon.
