Room and board isn't what it used to be. I can handle the higher end prices and waiting 6 months for furniture to be delivered, but ultimately it's not worth it. They really seem to be scraping the bottom of the barrel when it comes to the people that actually deliver the items as the last 2 orders have been messed up in ways that waste incredible amounts of my time to resolve. As a homeowner, you do not want to take on more "fix-it" projects if you don't have to. Why does the delivery matter so much? Well, Imagine one driver being so lazy that he practically demands you to drive your own truck to pick up the items so he doesn't have to. Then when you say no, he hangs up in the middle of cussing at you. When they do finally arrive, they have broken one of the items. Worse yet, they don't pay attention when moving furniture and now a doorframe needs to be repaired on your brand new house. All I wanted was some furniture.. not to spend time with a welder, a painter to fix my doorframe, and to pick up furniture that I'm paying to have delivered. Never ordering from them again.

The selections and collections are broad ranging, price ranging and taste ranging enough that you can furnish your whose house without looking like you went to one store. Additionally, the designers are exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly, and low pressure. Delivery service is amazing,and delivery guys are equally knowledgeable, helpful, and prepared when delivering your furniture. Customer service is top notch. For instance, we ordered a dining room table that came with one leg in the wrong finish, and customer service had us keep the table until the replacement table arrived. You may find more economical mid century modern furnishings, but you won't be happy with the quality.

LARGE SHOWROOM - with three floors. Easy parking and always excellent customer service on the floor. The R&B salespeople always have good design ideas and know their products. Parking is usually available in the lot.

High quality furniture, nicely presented in the show rooms. Store has a parking lot which is convenient. Water/coffee/tea is offered to customers inside. Wish there were more sales & deals during the holidays.

More than 90% of our products are manufactured in America using quality U.S. and imported materials. Small accessories and select furniture items always ship free via UPS. Look for the free shipping icon when shopping online. Return UPS shipping is also free on these items. Our full-service delivery for furniture is $79 for unlimited items per trip, anywhere in the contiguous United States. Return delivery for furniture is also free.
We want you to be happy with your purchase and understand it can take a few days to a few weeks to know if your new items will work for you. We encourage you to make a return or exchange in a timely manner because damaged, worn or altered items may be refused or result in an adjustment to your refund. We don't charge a fee for canceling items, even custom items or items made just for you. We don't charge a delivery fee for returns or exchanges within the 48 contiguous states.
