While moving from GA to Central IL, we would see signs for this place and wanted to try it out. The day finally came and we were not disappointed! I placed a takeout order and got the appetizer sampler as we weren't starving. But wow! We found our appetite once we started biting into everything. They even gave us the famous "flower pot bread" with a side of strawberry butter. Such an amazing deal for what it cost. The breading was perfect on everything we got. The loaded chips were delicious and the toppings were very generous. I loved the gift store and ended up buying quite a few things, including Patti's cookbook! Overall great experience and I hope we can visit again sometime!

Patti's is a great local experience. It is more than just a restaurant. It is a cute little village with mini golf, little shops, moonshine tastings, a hotel and more. It is nice to wonder from one shop to another to see the interesting items that each have. During Christmas the lights display is almost overwhelming, in a good way. The food is typically really good and the service is on point. They are known for their delicious 2 inch pork chop. Their flower pot bread and strawberry butter are amazing and their dessert menu will make you want to skip your entree all together and go straight for the good stuff. The only drawback is the pricing as some menu items as well as most items in the stores are overpriced. We recently bought strawberry butter and they charged a whopping $14 for 12 ounces. I tried the Tropical pork chop last time and I was actually not a fan. The salsa didn't really compliment the pork chop like I thought it would. The pork chop plain is much better.

Life is easier if you make a reservation. We checked in and were seated on time. Sarah was friendly and attentive. Food was out of this world good. Bread cooked in a clay pot with regular and strawberry butter. Yum! Plan to stay awhile in order to finish the large portions. Well worth the trip.

Stopped for lunch passing through on our way to Chattanooga. Had a little wait to get a table for two but not bad. Just enough time to stroll around a bit and stretch our legs. We ate in the “Family” room which was nicely decorated and cozy. I had the Kentucky Hot Brown and enjoyed it very much. The chips with it tasted homemade and were delicious. My friend got a club sandwich and salad and could only eat half her sandwich it was so huge. The flower pot bread was great. For dessert my friend had sawdust pie which she enjoyed. I got the coconut meringue. I knew there was going to be a lot of meringue but I had hoped for a little more pie under all that meringue. I was a bit disappointed, but it tasted good once I scraped off about two thirds of the meringue. Well worth the stop.

Party's has a campgrounds on property,a motel I believe across the street, and I think a BB down the street. I know there are about 2 more on the same side of the lake, and a few more on the other side.
They go all out for Christmas 🎄. But do decorate all year around and have different colored lights for each season!
Badgette theater has live bands if you go to their site you can see the shows on a calender my boyfriend and I have enjoyed them tremendously as well as patties it’s a quiet peaceful getaway from our everyday Ruth! Enjoy God bless
Yes, they have a beautiful setup. Shops are spread around the area and offer a wide variety of items. Delicious homemade pies, fudge, and many other yummy treats. They have unique gifts or Christmas decorations. The picture of the Christmas trees was outside in a middle area just for viewing. Plenty of beautiful things to view without reservations.
The projected reopen date for the new restaurant is may - july. Watch Patti's Facebook page for updates.
