I've used them a few times, and they've always gotten me in and had my car fixed up within a reasonable time frame, communicated with me with pricing and necessary fixes before doing anything, and I've never felt like they're trying to rip me off like other places I've gone. Plus the people I've interacted with (specifically Joe this past visit) have always been friendly and personable. They've never given me a reason not to recommend them.

When we arrived to Sullivan Tire we were very nervous about our car. Joe made us feel comfortable, explained our options clearly and went out of his way to make sure we left happy. Meredith, the mechanic, was knowledgeable & stayed late to help. It’s clear that everyone at this location has integrity and puts customers first.
