My experience with this company was great. I waited over a week to truly grasp how the situation was going. I had went to the store to get my mom's phone fix after it locked her out. Therefore we had to factory reset it with the help of Drel, who was very entertaining throughout the process. Thank you.

Don’t ever get home plus I got it and all they have done is give me the run around and tell me lies. Last week I was supposed to get a replacement for a claim I made and every time I call I get a different story whether it bed no sir we are buying out your device to now today saying they sent a replacement and it was delivered yesterday. Yet somehow they cannot provide me with any tracking shipping company name or time of delivery and proof of delivery. This is truly unacceptable they are quick to charge my account for their monthly fee and charge me the deductible but it’s been three weeks and they can’t even prove anything that they have told me at all. I’ve taken my kids IPads here on multiple occasions for cracked screens. However, today the tech working with me was extremely friendly and truly understands customer service. I usually waited a week or so for repairs which is normal. However Ena T. was able to fix the cracked screen in under 3 hours! Just awesome! Well worth taken your electronics here to be fixed!

What a great experience at this location! I spoke to Randy and Brian about fixing an iPhone that was cracked and didn’t know if it had water damage. It did have water damage and they spoke to me about different options one being the home plus program. I really wished I would have known about the program. They were amazing! Please come to this location I had gone to another prior to coming to this one with the same issue and didn’t help or give me other possible solutions like this location.
