Room was filthy and outdated. Stains on the couch, floor, bathroom, headboard, everything was absolutely disgusting. The cable in the living room area didn't work and the staff couldn't have cared less. Was actually told that the one in the bedroom works as a response when I told them. I travel a lot and book almost exclusively at Hilton properties and since I've been working a lot of late nights I've chosen homewood so that I could keep food readily available without worrying about restaurants being closed. The dishes were filthy, cabinets and counters sticky. The only bright spot of the kitchenette was the refrigerator was clean on the inside but the outside was also ridiculously nasty. There is another Homewood about a mile away and I stopped there on my way out of town. It's obviously not managed by the same people and I was shown a room that I wished I had stayed in. I will never be back to this location and that's too bad because I'm in St Louis for work weekly.

I really liked the hotel. Honestly I expected a lite bit more space and luxury for the money from a big name like Hilton; even if it is their more cost efficient hotel, Homewood Suites. I've had way more space for a LOT cheaper at other hotel competitor locations. But beside that, the staff was nice, the the rooms where clean and the staff was very polite and helpful. They do have free banquet style breakfast in the morning which is very good compared to other hotels that don't use such fresh ingredients. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely go back again in the future

Rooms spacious. Couch in living area gross and uncomfortable. Pool closed indefinitely. Fitness room only 2 machines. Breakfast was pretty good. AC unit really loud. Road traffic loud. Basketball court was unexpected but balls mostly deflated.

This was the worst Hilton property that I have ever stayed at. It started with the front desk clerk more interested in his phone the helping me upon my check in. Once in the room, the room was dirty. Dirty wash cloth left hanging in the shower of one bathroom. Vomit or feces on the wall of the other bathroom. Large stains on the furniture and in the carpet. Ceiling fans had layers of dust on them. The heaters in the living room and one bedroom sounded like a jet plane engine while running. The cushions on the sofa would fall into the sofa frame each time you sat on it. The kitchen table and chairs were very wobbly. The security lock on the door was only holding in place with two screws. The other two were very loose. I certainly will not be staying at this property again nor will I be recommending it to anyone else. This was very disappointing stay for us, but with cheer and dance in town there were no other options to move to another hotel last minute.
