Currently 2 plus the office
From order to delivery it takes about 8 to 10 weeks normally. Occasionally shorter, occasionally longer if the factory receives many orders at the same time .
No. Modulars today are same as stick built and priced almost the same. Are you looking for a mobile home? Becayse thats all you can get around here for that price.
