The foodshelf has great recovery food drop offs from Trader Joe's Hannafords City Market and more. Best drop off times are Mon. Weds. Fri. around 9:00 -10:00

I don't really care for going there much. It's a free for all and staff is very rude at times. I do get it. When adults act like animals and don't have respect for anyone then yeah I get it. They need order.

COTS shelter has a screening process of sorts. It consists of being there (95 North Ave) at 9 am when they open to request a bed and HSP (showers. Laundry. Etc). Breakfast is served at food shelf starting at 630 am. Not a magic answer but I hope it helps
