I don't often need to use a laundry mat, but when I do, I come here and it literally saves me hours/days of laundry I'd have to do at home. I'm able to do 10+ huge loads of laundry all washed in about 30 minutes and then dried in another 30 minutes. In less than 2 hours I've washed 4 king duvets, 8 queen duvets, 4 twin duvets, 16 sets of sheets and dozens of towels. We manage a lodge in town and sometimes we just need to get it massive loads of laundry done in a day. It's not cheap, but the cost is worth the time I save. Plus, I absolutely love the vintage orange dryers. I wish I could have those in my laundry room! I do wish they were open later, but I'm guessing due to covid they aren't open as late. The staff are always friendly and super helpful.

I never review places. Mostly because nothing ever leaves enough of an impresion on me to take the time out of my day, until now. I generally go to the other laundry mat in town because it is large and open 24 hrs... but today I decided to check this one out because it is quite a bit closer to where I live. The facility itself is nice and clean. It's the service that was terrible... I know what you are thinking, how can the service be terrible at a self serve place. Well for starters the establishment closes at 7pm. There is a big sign in the window that clearly states just that. I knew I would cut it close when I put my laundry in for an hour to dry at 5 o'clock but I knew I would have more than enough time to fold. I left to grab some dinner while I waited as the laundry mat was completely empty. I got back to fold right as my clothes were done drying and by this time there was another couple finishing their drying cycle as well. They left as I was folding and the lady at the counter (maybe owner?) Came up to me and asked if I was about done. Keep in mind it was only 6:10 at this time. She then proceeds to tell me that she had planned to close at 6pm but since I had not come to pick up my laundry (that JUST finished drying) she let the other people go ahead with theirs. She rushed me out 30 minutes before closing time and locked the door the second it closed behind me. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this business.
