I was told are card was mailed to us I call pine trees for the cards and get told that there is not even an account for me or my family. So here we are a family of four stressed out and no way of getting information. Does anyone know where I could go to just pick up the card because apperalently they don't do them at the office here

I'm speaking on behalf of my sister who has learning disabilities. Why is it that my sister doesn't receive her paperwork from dhhs until it's too late and her benefits have ended. This has happened several times. Then you're either on the phone for hours with no response or you're in the office for hours before you see anyone. Then they blame my sister for not getting her paperwork in on time. Today she received a letter from dhhs that was dated for the 12th. Are you kidding me? How long did that letter sit in their outgoing box before it was mailed. My mother worked in the portland dhhs for years. Her clients loved her. She worked do hard for them and cared. Why can't others care. They could be in the same situation some day

I was treated unfair with this rude lady that worked there as she was the one that just calls out numbers for people to be seen! She tried to get to make it so I wouldn't get seen I don't know if it was the way I dressed she was profiling me or what but treated me like I didn't need the help had an awful attitude She was very rude but the lady that helped me in the office was very pleasant and helped me with services that I needed so it turned out ok!
