Went there last night to pick up a mobile order at 10:29pm, at 11:00 I finally made it to the speaker, though there were only 3 cars ahead of me. I had a mobile order but they didn't say anything at the speaker. At 11:07, I pulled to the first window assuming they must still be tied up with the truck ahead of me. The employees avoided the windows and finished serving the truck ahead of me. How could it take almost 40 minutes to service 3 customers and how could you turn away a customer that waited in line that long after paying ahead for their food.

Multiple times I have come to get food and they have been closed. I’ve gotten the wrong order more times than I can count and I got yelled at by the “manager” for trying to order food because she said they were closed when they weren’t supposed to close for over an hour and a half. This is the most poorly run McDonald’s I’ve ever seen. It should be closed permanently.
