Used to celebrate every new years eve here with I was growing up. I just went this past year (2021-2022) with family. It had been about 20 years since I had been here & it brought back a lot of fond memories. Customer service was great, like usual. I did take a star off bc it doesn't look like they've upgraded anything lol but it was all clean! Definitely recommend!

One of my favorite vacation destinations. Price wise is reasonable, especially with family. The staff is friendly and the overall atmosphere is a relaxing lodge. Food was excellent but HUGE portions. Persimmon Pudding is one of their specialties. Very sad to see the pool will be gone after the renovations. The game room is fun and the gift shop has something for everyone. The pioneer village, Gus Grissom Memorial Museum, trails, and caves are so much fun. It's honestly a park you don't really need to leave to have fun!

We visited in April 2022 but it was hot like 86 and the Air Conditioning system was broken at the Inn. We couldn't open our room window because of wasps and a broken screen. Fans were not available for guests. They did give us a slight discount on the room because of the AC problem. Renovations are needed. I love the indoor/outdoor pool.

Love Spring Mill First time staying at the Inn. The rooms are adorable! And very clean the pool was just beautiful and amazing we spent our whole stay in the pool lol the outdoor pool is heated and we had so much fun swimming it was 30 degrees outside the pool was 85 degrees. It just felt so good to swim and relax. The food was great in the restaurant just a little high priced but the price of the room was only 130 very surprising definitely will stay again! Love it!

I have been there several times and I am freaked out by bed bugs, so I check in depth and have never found a bed bug there so far so good.
There is a pool & a couple of times there young people in the elevator in there swimming suits (5or6 years old) excited about going swimming
Yes, although you have to specify that you'll be bringing a pet and they will book you into a pet friendly room of available.

No. Anyone can eat there.
They will be having Thanksgiving Dinner but due to COVID the buffet is not open at this time.
